We also offer month-to-month, 1-year, and 2-year service agreements. We offer a price lock guarantee for the length of your agreement, as well as discounts for 1-year and 2-year plans.
Every plan with Shamrock comes with a complimentary home walkthrough. Our experienced technician will identify any current maintenance concerns, communicate potential future concerns, and identify the routine maintenance needs of your home.
Most service plans include free service calls. These free service calls will cover all labor cost of the appointment, up to 2 hours. The number of free service calls is determined by the plan you select.
